Dosage regimen

The tablets should be taken whole, without chewing, preferably in the morning between meals.
Ademetionine tablets should be removed from the packaging immediately before ingestion. If the tablets have a color that is different from white to white with a yellowish tinge (due to leaks in the packaging), the drug is not recommended to be used.
The recommended dose is 10-25 mg ademetionine per 1 kg of body weight per day.
Usually, the daily dose is 1-2 tablets per day (from 400-800 mg ademetionine per day) and can be increased to 4 tablets per day (up to 1600 mg ademetionine per day). The effect usually appears after 7-14 days of treatment and persists with further use of the drug.
