Indications
Acute pain therapy:- pain in the lower back and / or lower back;

- pain with bruises, sprains and dislocations of the joints;

- symptomatic treatment of osteoarthritis (osteoarthritis) with pain;

The drug is intended for symptomatic therapy, reducing pain and inflammation at the time of use, does not affect the progression of the disease;
Nimesulide is recommended for therapy as a second-line drug.
Dosage regimen
The dosage regimen is selected individually, taking into account the severity of the condition.
- Adults and children over 12 years old

inside 1 tablet (100 mg) 2 times a day. The maximum daily dose is 200 mg. The tablets are taken with a sufficient amount of water, preferably after a meal. In the presence of diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, it is advisable to take the drug at the end of a meal or after a meal. The minimum effective dose should be used as short as possible. The recommended duration of treatment is 5 days. The maximum duration of treatment is 15 days.
- Elderly patients

- Patients with kidney failure

patients with chronic renal failure require a reduction in the daily dose to 100 mg.
