Indications
Bacterial infections caused by lincomycin-sensitive microorganisms (especially Staphylococcus spp. And Streptococcus spp., Especially penicillin-resistant microorganisms, as well as with penicillin allergy):- sepsis;
- subacute septic endocarditis;
- lung abscess
- pleural epilema;
- pleurisy;
- otitis;
- osteomyelitis (acute and chronic);
- purulent arthritis;
- postoperative purulent complications;
- wound infection;
- infections of the skin and soft tissues (pyoderma, furunculosis, phlegmon, erysipelas).

Intravenously and intramuscularly.
- For adults with intravenous and intramuscular administration

daily dose - 1,8 g; single dose - 0,6 g; the drug is administered 3 times a day at intervals of 8 hours
- In severe infections

daily dose may be increased to 2,4 g
- Children older than 1 month.

intravenously in a daily dose of 10 to 20 mg/kg, regardless of age, the duration of treatment, depending on the form and severity of the disease, is 7-14 days (for osteomyelitis - 3 weeks or more)
- Patients with renal hepatic impairment

lincomycin is prescribed for intravenous and intramuscular administration in a daily dose not exceeding 1,8 g, with an interval between administrations of at least 12 hours
